Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding is a British artist and singer. The singer was born Elena Jane Goulding on 30 December 1986, in Hereford. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top of the charts with her electro pop style after she drew the attention of the world by releasing "Starry Eyed,"" as well as "Guns and Horses" in 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding has been at the cutting edge of the movement, just like Kate Bush and Imogen Sheap, of mainstream contemporary music as well as independent hip-hop that is arty. Her soprano voice and talent for writing emotional songs make her stand out. Polydor Records signed her to one of their record labels and she was preparing the release of her debut album.
